What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Can I be fired for not being able to communicate with hispanic residents that I am the property manager for? Four years with the company and I was fired because the hispanic residents demanded that I be replaced. Is this fair? The two previous managers did not know spanish and had been there many years.

Please help me understand this. I was also on workman's comp from a job injury at another property. Can they fire me while on WC?
