the companys name that I'm dealing or having a problem
with. or will I have a problem.

Sorry, I didn't see this post till now.

While the rules of this site do not forbid it, it is nonetheless not wise to mention company names. Employers and their attorneys have been known to find such posts and use them against the employee in any legal action that may come to pass.
