What is the name of your state? Virginia

I worked for a consulting firm H which is located in Boston, Maine. Company H assigned me to work for company E in Virginia. I worked for 5 years on a government contract granted to company E. Can I accept the job this government agency offered me?

This is part of the agreement I have with the consulting firm:

"Consultant agrees that he will not, during any period of assignment, solicit nor accept any offer to work directly nor indirectly for the client companies for whom company H has them working."

Company H is a subcontractor that has contract with company E but not with the government agency. Is the client in the agreement apply to that government agency?

Thank you.
