Hllo Sir/Madam,

I am form India, I am on H1-B. I resigned from my company without any notice. And I signed offer letter as per that if I terminate within one year I am suppsed to pay them 3,000$. But I am not if this offer letter which I signed in India is a legal document here in US.

Can they sue me ??
