Can one partner fire me if the other doesnt?

I am working where 2 50/50 partners are in constant disagreement. Now one wants to fire me and the other dosent. Can I be fired? If so can the other one hire me back the next day? it's a mess.

One general partner has the power of all other partners.

So if one wants to fire you, then you are fired.

If the other wants to hire you back, then you are hired back.

So this could go on forever, then? fire/hire fire/hire. This could be a mess.
