Can they do this?

What is the name of your state? IN We live in Indiana but job is in PA. I had a slight heart attack and have been on sick leave for 2 months. I received permission to return to work from my Dr. yet their Dr. without seeing me says I can not return to work for them. Can they do this and which state would I have to file in?

(2) Did the employer's doctor provide any reason why he feels you are unable to return to work?

(3) Did your doctor say you could return to work but with restrictions on what you can do?

Their Dr. said he said he felt I had to much damage and could be at risk of a reacurance.
