Live in Jersey. Have to wear a pager 24/7 and they don't pay me to wear it. If I add my hours at the end of the week, they say stuff like, it took 7 minutes to answer that question. I was at a movie, pager went off, had to find a phone, call and it took 20 minutes. Missed the good part of the movie and they say they don't care, if I want my job I have to wear it. Any laws in my neck of the world to fight these stupid people?
