Caught employer changing hours fired me

I was fired because i caught employer owner changing my hours and i approached her about it and told me to get my toolbox out i am fired she is a previous lawyer to from cali. She said i wont win in court she did not even give me my last check and labor board does not want to enforce anything. I got unemploymet granted she filed appeal hearing is real soon who u think will win the hearing and i got proof she was changing my hours.
