What is the name of your state? PA

My employer has just changed their work rules, everyone must work 40 hours.. for the past 8 years I have worked 35 hours. Due to my commute (75 minute one way) and necessary child care arrangements I cannot now work 40 hours.

Will I be eligible for unemployment ? I was told I must start working 40 hours effective July 5.. I guess I will be fired if I cannot do it.

Thanks for any help..

Will I be eligible for unemployment? It's not likely but only a UC adjudicator in your State can tell you for certain.
