Hi, I'm on Worker;s Comp and my previous employer (paying worker's Comp) has hired a company to find me a job. It is a company that helps the disabled find work. During the information gathering for this, the representative asked me if I was married, single, or divorced and if anyone lived with me and how many. I have an HR degree, but no experience. I asked her if it was legal for her to ask me those questions and she told me yes. But I'm wondering.

Can anyone tell me?

thanx

It's perfectly legal. What problem do you have with answering them?
