I am wanting to file a claim against the military command which court martialed my husband for personal injury and/or wrongful discharge. He has passed and his case was overturned. Do I need a lawyer or what is the form that i need to submit

But I'm not seeing that YOU have any standing to file anything. The only one who would have any claim is your husband, I'm thinking.
