is this consider Wrongful Termination?

I'm located on Oahu. Just a curiosity...Can someone accused someone of wrongful termination if it's on a personal aspect?. If "operational manager" abused her position and power?. Like for instance, she hired her daughter, which she reports to the department supervisor, which of course reports to her mom, the "operational manager" be in any position to fire the department supervisor for giving her daughter a bad evaluation?. Can she sue the manager?.
