First of, Hi to everyone as this is my first post.

Ok now for my post, I work for Pepsi/Dr. Pepper/7up which is a big corporation with tons of money. Okay the other day my supervisor advised us that we are going to be taken a 2 dollar per hour cut in our pay checks from now on and for no apparent reason. Is this a legal thing?? Can they just do that?? I hope they cant :( and advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

oh yeah, I forgot to mention that no one other than us merchandisers is taking this cut.

Yes, it's legal. If an employer reduces wages, their only obligation is to inform the effected employee(s) in advance of working any hours at the new pay rate.
