i live in hawaii. i worked for a moving company that was paying me $14.00 per hr. the company was sold. the new owner hired me (at $14.00 per hr.) and all exsiting employees at their current pay rates.three years later this company wants me to get my cdl license. i got paid today and notice that my hourly wages has been cut to $12.00 an hour. i was not informed that this cut was to take place. my supervisor told me my pay got cut because i do not have my cdl license. is this legal?
