There have been anonymous comments on a website targeting the long-time contract employees of a condominium association (as well as the Board representing unit owners). The website is being published by an anonymous group of people (presumably owners), and uses the name of our complex on the website. The comments are vile, verifiably false and in many cases cite the employee's medical/dental/weight (etc.) features as reason enough to fire the employees.

Has this type of conduct, published on the internet by a renegade political faction of unit owners, put all unit owners at risk for potential employee lawsuits in the future?
