What is the name of your state? Indiana

When my husband began working for his current company, he signed an agreement saying he would not work for a company in the same specialty for two years after he left this job. Though he still works for this company, he wants to look elsewhere for better pay. He has found jobs he would like to pursue, but they are in the same specialty.

What rights does he have?

Thanks for your help,

He will have to have the agreement he signed reviewed in its entirety by a local attorney. No one here can comment on the enforceability of an agreement they have not read.
