I am a 52 year old female consultant for one of the "big five" consulting firms. I have a utilization requirement that has been difficult to meet due to business downturn. I was not chosen for a project last month because the partner told me she needed someone who could "pee with the client." A male was chosen for the project. I have now been given 30 days notice to get on a project or get fired. I feel that discrimination prevented me from being on a project. Do I have a case?
