An aquaintance of mine was currently fird from the Guard because of his several attempts to file an EEO complaint with first his chain of Command and then with IG. In both cases the matter was tossed aside. His complaints were that his Guard unit was predominately hispanic and he as constantly harrased about him not being from here and the white man was taking their jobs. A hispanic NCO made a remark that when they are no longer minority figures they will decide who will be hired and who wont. Now his superior made him take a Physical fitness test the day before he was supposed to have surgery on his foot and fired him for failing his PT test. There are several other incidents in his workplace but I just wanted to know who he should contact now since the military is failing to help him with his problem.
