I work in Mexico and live in Texas. I commute acoross the border every day. The company I work for is a US company and I was hired in the state of Texas. I am on the US payroll and pay taxes like any other US worker. The company is systematically getting rid of all their US employees in Mexico and replacing them with Mexican nationals. Can I file an EEOC complaint for discrimination based on national origin? What proof do I need?
