Okay. Question. Is the following something you think
could prevent me from employment or effect me
negatively as far as job searching goes? Here are the details.
(What makes me nervous is the fact that whenever a
background check is run, it comes back with this case
and a description of "theft"). If you don't feel anything needs to be done on this please let me know. Here are the details:

Charge Description: Theft
Plea: Plea set aisde
Disposition: Guilty Set aside
Deferred Sentence granted.

This was a misdemeanor thing.

Other than sealing (if necessary), how would we go
about getting this expunged? Which is better and what
are the associated costs? Does this even need to be sealed to begin with.

I reall appreciate your help.
