i'm in PA(at will state)employer not paying employees,some paychecks have bounced.they will not lay us off(although it's very slow now)they are stringing workers&customers along with stories about paying us on friday,then monday,then tuesday...you get the idea.can i quit(intolerable conditions)and collect u.c.benefits till i get a better job?other frauds abound there also
