I'm in a terrible nightmare and need some direction with ths situation. My wife recently was arrested for internal credit card fraud which resulted in damages amounting in excess of $100,000. At the moment, she's in a partial hospitalization program and has been diagnosed with bipolar and borderline disorder. My marriage suffered greatly from these disorders because of the constant lying, stealing, and raging. My wife was able to manipulate anyone. She worked for a major international bank and managed to manipulate her superior officers into believing that our daughter was hired by this bank. My wife sent her to another floor to someone that ran the asset and mortgage backed security department. The head of the department dispatched our daughter to fellow employees and they assigned different work tasks each day. Our daughter worked on many different computers and was responsilbe for filing. She worked at this bank for 2 months and never received a check for her work during this time. She wanted to work over the summer to accumulate money for her first semester at college in New Hampshire. My wife had told her that she was to be paid once the summer was over but that never materialized. I'm quite angry at the bank for allowing this because they should have taken some kind of action and they had plenty of opportunity and never did. All employee's are required to have an ID badge. The department head spoke with our daughter about this and even went to the point of checking it out with human resources. The HR Dpt. had no information on our daughter so the department head went back to my wife and my wife explained to her that she was hired through a temp agency. The department head even checked, if this information was true through the temp agency. Of course the same result. At this point, she should have been escorted out of the building but this did not happen. Each day the downstairs security issued her a visitors pass and she continued to work. You would think after 9/11 security would tighten up. Here's a kid each day walking through the national guard and other security and allowed to work in a bank that she was never hired by from the beginning. This is all quite bizarre to me and on top of it, the bank has charged my wife with credit card fraud. I know what my wife did was wrong, but this bank believe it or not ,played a role in the outcome of her arrest. It could have all been avoided. It's a lenghtly story and I would love to discuss this with someone who might be interested. Please help!
