Our companies sec was caught stealing money from the company in the sum of 60,000. We have had her arrested and filed criminal charges. I am wondering since she worked this week am I still intitled to pay her?

Yes, you are still required to pay her. I know it goes against the grain but there is nothing whatsoever in the law that gives you the right to withhold pay, even if she stole from you.
