I am not sure if this fits into this forum (Hiring & Firing).
Are companies able to enforce any dress code that they want? The company that I work for has awlays had a business dress code with friday casual days. Now they are amending the handbook to state that you can't have any logos on your clothing like T-shirts with college logos. Can they do this? It seems a bit outlandish.
