Would it be illegal to send court records to a employer that has a drug addict working for them as a licensed nurse. They are all court record copies. This went be sent to Oklahoma from Ohio. Employers should really check out there employees. This person now is in school working on being a Registered Nurse.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Check your state law. But guess what...you might be liable for invasion of privacy. I.e even if court records are public documents, you intruded into her private affairs and made them known to people who can fire her.

My experience has been for people to stay out of other's people's business. If she works for a normal business, they will do a drug test and background check prior to her being hired.
