In New Jersey, I applied and was nearly accepted to a executive position at a major department store. I was asked to report to a lab for a drug test but was not told (nor was it written anywhere) that the test had to be conducted within 24 hours. After the 24 hours had passed and I had not produced a drug test, I was told that I was considered a "no show" and was denied the position on these grounds.

This is not at all fair, and I would like to know if I have a legal leg to stand on.

Thank you in advance...
