If when an employee comes is injured and is required to take a drug test, and there is a problem with the temperature of the test,(lower than body level temp) and the manager chooses to ingore the findings because it came out negative and he likes the guy, what are we supposed to do? If this guy runs out and runs over someone with a forklift and hurts or kills someone, how can we let someone know the previous tests were "overlooked"? All of us are shaking in our boots to say anything. Any suggestions, we all need to keep our jobs.
