3 years ago I filed a complaint with EEOC regarding discrimination, hostile environment and retaliation. I have received a ruling in my favor. Mediation was a joke and my claim went to Dept.Justice. I received permission to sue my employer, have hired an attorney to do so and trail date has been set. How helpful is EEOC ruling in court ? After almost 3.5 years...will be 4 at trial date...how do I prepare for this ? It has been one mixed up, not easy to define situation from day one. Help !
