Recently I received an email proposal offering me a Freelance Position with 10% commission paid to me for any and all work that I do on a project if and when the Project becomes a confirmed PO.
I sent an email confirming that I accepted this offer and have proceeded forward with the projects.
Recently some unexpected situations have occured and I have not worked on the projects for a week ... With this email contract agreed upon ... if the company places any confirmed Orders on the Projects that I sourced and worked on for them ... will my email agreement hold up for me to receive payment once the orders are completed?
