what can you legally require from an employee that you have send to school at companys expense? We are a seasonal business and send employees to training during off season, can we require them to return? Any information regarding prerequistes and agreements for paid training would be helpful. Can we legally contract an employee, should he quit or be terminated, to not work for competitors within a certain distance for a certian period of time? Any comments or suggestions? Thanks
