What is the name of your state? PA

I went to my unemployment hearing (the appeal) yesterday. I arrived early to review the case file against me. Long story short, my employer falsified my employee record (mainly dates of offenses). I am so sickened and disgusted by the whole thing. The only proof I have is on my original application for unemployment. I told my side of the story and listed the actual date the incident occured (the photo-copy with the TRUE date is in my unemployment file). What should I do? What can I do? Honestly, this is not about money or anything like that. I just do not think this company should get away with this.

Thanks in advance.

You've already done all you can do, at least initially. You've told your side of the story; it's now up to the adjudicator.

If your benefits are denied, you have the right to appeal.
