My employer fired me last week. He accused me of stealing $14,000.00; by falsifying my commission sheet. I did not do this. I have decided to go to the labor board, and mentioned this to some friends, that still work at the company. Today, I learned based on this action; he is going to file charges against me. Does employer have the right to accuse someone of a crime, and have them arrested? This seems unfair, and very vengeful.

Please help..
