Ok, heres the scenario. My employer has sold the building in which we do business from and is moving the entire operation to Pennsylvania. I have been told that they would maintain a small office in a leased space for me and a few others to continue to work out of. I was not offered a "move with us package" and was told that I would be kept on as nothing ever happened. My question is this, if they do not make employment available to me as promised do I have any recourse legally?
