employer owes me money

I resigned from a company half a month ago. The company has been having some financial problem and could not pay me. Some of my colleagues are having the same problem. The employer did not say anything about when they are going to pay me. What should I do?

File a complaint with the State Labor Board, or whatever it is known as in your state.
