I was employed as a salesperson for 4mos before my employer fired me (and the rest of the team) for non-performance (not achieving an unrealistic quota).

My employer has kept my golf clubs (valued at over $500) and refuses to reimburse me for my cell phone usage ($120 x 4mos). When I joined, they said they would cover it. I submitted my expense report after they fired me with the complete cell phone detail depicting all the calls made on thier behalf, and all the calls my boss made to me (he allways called me on my cell, even in the office). They have already paid (cell ph. bill) of the other rep. they fired, but refuse to pay me.

Do I have any recourse to get my golf clubs back and get reimbursed for these bills?
