Hi,

I'am a H1B professional working in a software consultancy firm registered in Masachusets and i work with my client at Texas.

I had signed an employment bond with my company which requires me to work with them for a year or pay 3000 dollars. I'am planning on quitting now ( 6 months into it )..

Would the employment bond hold good. Please advice..
