I currently work as a technology consultant at company a. My client, company b, now wants to hire me. But there are two
issues..
a] My contract with company a says that I should not join a
client for a period of one year.
b] The contract that company b (client) has signed with company
a (consulting company) in contracting me also states that they
cannot hire me without their approval. And it is more than
likely that they will refuse to allow me to move over.

Question:
a] Is there any way that I can escape these clauses and still join
company b?
b] Would it be possible for me to move to another consulting
company and through them work at the client for a month or
two and then join them as permanent after that?

Any clarifications will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Leguy!
