State of Texas. I work for an "At Will" employer. Can they post my position before I render my resignation. They are aware that my husband has been transferred to another city but has not been promised a permanent position. We were waiting for the outcome of his position before I rendered my resignation. I told my employer 7 months ago of my position. This week they offerred my position to a co-worker and I was informed by the Personnel director that they were posting my job. Also, what if I don't leave my current position? Is this legal?
