I live in Milwaukee Wi. In 1999 I was suspended from my job where I was working as a certified Nursing Assistant due to a background check that showed 2 prior battery charges both involved my teenage son. one in 1995 one in 1997.has the law changed since 1999 to allow me to go back to the field of nursing. what is the current status of the law in this area.
