new york i believe there has been a breach of contract for my company's enhanced severance agreement and i have exhausted all internal avenues to resolve the matter. as per the enhanced severance agreement i am therefore entitled to binding arbitration from the aaa, and i am also entitled to legal representation at the company's expense. what is the best way to choose legal representation? and what would be considered "reasonable" attorney fees?

Reasonable attorneys fees is the amount the competent attorney would charge for such representation. An attorney would probably have to discuss the facts with you before being able to quote a fee. Be sure to specify that the fee must qualify for company payment.

As for finding a lawyer, check with the local bar association for referrals, or follow the link to our listings of attorneys:

How do I know what "qualifies for company payment"?
