florida...are employers required to post new positions that become available? i have been waiting to apply for a position but have never seen it posted in break room...just this week two new positions opened and filled; they were never posted and i feel i was not given a opportunity to apply. this co states they are an equal opportunity employer. thanks for your help aand time.
