I had a misdemeanor for larceny which was expunged over a year ago. I am applying for new jobs, and I often run across the question, "Have you been convicted of any crimes?", since my misdemeanor has been expunged, does this mean I don't have to declare it? Or do I still have to admit it, even though it is expunged?
