Can a supervisor, because they do not like you, use lies (they can be proven to be lies) against you in an annual review.

True or False, Patty - - a personnel file is open for others to read; i.e., when something is placed in a personnel file, it doesn't merely stay closed to other's eyes when pulled from the cabinet.
