False Sexual Harassment Charge

What is the name of your state? KY

I have a question related to someone who is being charged with sexual harassment by an employee.

What can a boss do that is being falsely accused by an employee who was recently disciplined for performance problems?

There are 8 total employees including this boss.
We work in a rural county government public service capacity. 6 of the 8 employees know without a doubt that this charge is happening because the other 2 employees have been disciplined and are seeking revenge.

I am telling the truth.

This situation is a result of 2 disgruntled employees using the system to keep their jobs. The shame of it is that a small town board of commissioners are going to let a decent boss get railroaded. Is there anything this man can do to save his reputation?

No.. he mean for you and the other employees to "tell the truth" to the people in charge of this situation...

That is part of the problem. at least 1 board member has personal issues with the accused. If this one board member wasn't leading these 2 employees, this wouldn't even be an issue.
 
How about find a new job! that does sound like a very healthy work enviroment if your telling the truth. Now what actions would you take? What are your damages? Sometimes its best just to take your ball and go home!
