My grandfather is dying and needing someone to stay with him at night. He has different medical devices I have been trained to use. He helped raise me when I was a child. He lived with me and my parents from the time I was 7 until I was 17. Can I use the family medical leave act for this/ are there any loopholes that would allow me to use it?
