federal guidelines/ state laws?

What is the name of your state? oregon
Ok , is there somewhere on the internet that I can find out what Or. state laws are for employee drug testing, like how much responsibility does the labs have for correct results, I did nothing wrong but the lab says I did. Where can you get help for this kinda problem.

Sorry, I can’t help you with guidelines.

In many areas the different testers send the samples to a central, or convenient lab.

Why don’t you ask for a second test. And if possible ask that it be sent to a different lab. In some cases they will expect you to pay for the second test, and some will reimburse you if you pass the second test.

Poppy seeds, and some types of medicine can throw off the tests.
