File with EEOC

If I made a complaint with the EEOC, how long does it take to hear back from them. It has been 2 months and I am being put off when I call. Wat do I do?

This happens. This is why you need an Employment Labor law attorney to be your point of contact. This attorney will be able to better handle your situation with the EEOC (an administrative agency).
