Facts:
I had a Heart Attack 4 weeks ag
ut of hospital-3 wks. I work for my brother who owns the company. Fabricating shop heavy metal. work status-4 yrs.
Dr. said light to office duty my brother said he had light duty for me so I returned back to work on Oct. 19th,2001. Worked all week on fri. we got check and he notified me I could look for another job he was going to pay me for 2 weeks and to clear out my stuff.
I am still under dr.'s care can he legally do this?
He also has 12 employee's.
