California (company HQ in Texas).

Hi,

On Monday I refused to fly out 2 hours after the AA plane crash.
My VP told me that I have to fly out to attend a meeting or I will loose my job.
Told him that it was not clear whether it was an accident or a terrorist attack (09:00 am pst). I told him that I would like to wait a little longer to make sure that it was "OK" to fly.
I got fired because I refused to fly on that day.
Question: What are my rights here?

You have the right to file for unemployment and the right to find another job. That's pretty much it.
