fired how to collect vaction time

my wife was fired from her retail jod she was the manager and one person out of 12 did not follow policy is she able to get her vacation time owed to her paid how soon do they have to pay her we live in ma she was fired over the phone how can she aee what was written on her termnation form

One in 12 didn't follow policy? What does that mean. Otherwise, if paid vacation was a part of her employment and it can be proven that she didn't take any and didn't get paid for the accrued time, then you have a case to get it. If it goes to court you will probably get the judgment, then trying to collect could be the problem.
